I’m starting my journal in the depths of Spring, reflecting on shapes that describe this season, before it moves completely into Summer.

These are the original mobiles I made, embracing the wood element and Spring but they are the only ones that I have been slower to move forward with. In part, it’s because the green is a tricky colour to capture in its natural form, it’s a living colour – also, the long tapered shapes are quite fragile. The one constant that runs through my work – paper, is my connection to this element.
